This is a 7-day challenge for writers who are interested in mining their dreams for inspiration.
This 7-day challenge aims to help you:
– Remember more dreams.
– Learn to solve problems while you sleep.
– Develop the habit of reflecting on dreams.
– Keep a dream journal.
– Use your dreams to enrich your writing.
You will have 1 exercise a day for 7 days. Preparation will usually take no more than 30 minutes. The rest you can do while you sleep!
DISCLAIMER: If you suffer from a sleep disorder, or have trouble falling asleep, please ignore the exercises for Days 5 & 6. You might want to repeat one of the other exercises instead.
